"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. "Great location in near the centre of town. It's up a hill though, so keep that in mind if you are not very mobile. The hotel was very clean, the outdoor and pool area was very pretty. "b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "
