"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

Food was abundant, with many verities and continental dishes. Staffs were very friendly, supportive and prompt. Perhaps, the hotel may consider adding some games for toddlers. "
