"The hotel charged me extra for hospitality fees of various sorts. About 200 dollars worth. So it was not as Expedia advertised- all taxes and fees included. Beware this felt like very common practice there. And once you arrive in Maui and drive there, you're basically at their mercy. It was a shame because I really liked the hotel other than that. But that was not cool"

"Stayed here 3 night in January and it was a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return! Kapalua Bay is close by and snorkeling there is amazing. "

"Amazing place. Great information and communication from extremely friendly and courteous staff. Especially for after hours check in. Good view, nice pool. Great room. Excellent quality 👌. Thanks for letting me find it!"

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"Whenever i book through Expedia, i usually get rooms with poor views. This one was the view of the parking structure. The last one was of a side wall when we stated at Grand Wailea. Other than that, we loved everything about this spot. "

"Nice, clean updated room, property was spotless and great location. Only negative was the incredibly rude and irresponsible Heather at the concierge desk. Too bad she is there - everyone else was so pleasant. Would stay again but don’t book anything with the concierge- they only create problems. "

"Hotel is centrally located and many rooms are recently renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Room was not ocean front at all and had a partial view of the bay with a long-boat storage area as the view on tower 3. No light over the counter by the fridge other than a back-lit mirror. Bath was fine, TV was ok also. Pool looks inviting but didn't have a chance to use that or the beach off the bay in back. Tante's next door is convenient for food with good variety...other food not too far off of a drive and a good bakery/coffee shop walking distance across the lot next door. What was outstanding is their assistance for a backpack left behind that they got to me just in time for my flight out. Totally solid service there. Could use some standard tourist info stuff in the lobby as staff really didn't have any time to ask any questions or know anything much when asked. Expect a walk to some of the rooms and to park where direct access isn't too convenient. Outer look of the hotel itself is dated and a work in progress it appears in renovations. Close to airport relatively speaking. Costco and Walmart easy driving if needed. "

"Excellent service, peaceful and beautiful area. Walkable to multiple restaurants. Very calm water and Sandy beach to swim or walk on. Bathroom slightly dated in bungalows but easily overlooked with all the other amenities. Would stay there again "
