"Beautiful property right by the river. The customer service is excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very impressive. We especially enjoyed Vinology with the port tasting and river views. The restaurant bar was equally excellent and bartender Raquel Santos went way above and beyond in providing a personalized experience.She explained the mixology of different cocktails, variety of Portuguese wines the region prides itself of, etc. Our room was very comfortable and the views from our window of the river and unique architecture of the buildings across in the district of Gaia was fantastic. "It is located slightly outside city centre and you will have to walk uphill as it’s right on the river. But a small price to pay for the amazing hotel. And on a positive note it’s right by the bridge to Gaia. Rooms were amazing and clean, staff was so so friendly and front desk was exceptionally accommodating.
