It is a nice facility. However, most of the vending machines were broken, and the areas where they were had a mouldy smell. No towels were in the pool area, so I had to ask for them. The staff was not too bad when one of the vending machines stole my money; he gave me my change back. But I would rate it a very average experience. Also, no sign on the road directs where to enter the parking lot. We missed the turn because we were looking for a sign; we eventually realized we had to go through Olds College.

This is the best property in Olds. The staff were great and very lenient with our kids hockey team. Great meeting facilities which we used for “team building” in the evenings and pool. Price was fair as other hotels in the area jacked up their rates knowing there were two hockey tournaments in town. Great spot!

My stay for one night was very good. The only thing preventing a five star rating is the fact the heater control was not working and the curtain was falling off the window. The room was still a comfortable temperature and dark enough.

A family night away for New Year. I read amazing reviews, and we were excited to stay there. I called the hotel to confirm that the restaurant would be open on New Year Eve. The response was yes, it would be open until 10pm. Nowhere on their website was it posted the holiday changes to the services. Restaurant was closed. Room was ok, we rented a family suite with "kitchenette ". No plates, glasses, or silverwear. Just microwave, small fridge and coffee machine. Not sure it would qualified as "kitchenette ". Bathroom sink was plugged. Floor in the pool area was not very clean. Town pool staff does much better job in keeping their pool clean. Famous "hot breakfast " was not available as well due to "holidays". Again, that was not posted on the website. Hotel was quite ful, lots of families so hot breakfast would have beeen appreciated. Will not have another "holiday night away" there.
