The only reason I marked down on cleanliness was one of the shower drains was either blocked or had something else wrong with it, as it drained poorly and stank the place out if we took the cover off. Contacted the team and was only a a short term fix as it appeared again. We had 2 showers though so hardly affected us. Would highly recommend due to the great location and facilities nearby."

"Great location, right next to the Viru Gate. Easy walking access to Old Town. Room was comfortable. Was surprised to find ear plugs amongst the provided toiletries and then realized why.
