"So impressed with this hotel, location was ideal and just facing the Latin Bridge. It’s a short walk to the old town and not far from the cable car to go up the mountain either. Room was really clean and we had a great breakfast every morning. Tarik was a great host, took time to tell us about the city! Really genuine. Everybody at the hotel so welcoming. I’m really glad we chose this place, and would recommend it to anybody. Sarajevo is beautiful and has real soul"

"Reception is not 24 hours. No English at reception, none. Hand gestures needed to check in. Bathroom lights out, very dark. Had to ask for towels. Shower is smallest I’ve ever seen. Imposible to shower without plastic shower curtain rubbing your whole body which is disgusting and awkward. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."
