"THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. WE CANNOT CALL A TAXI NOR UBER TO THE AIRPORT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF COME TO HELP US ON THE MOBILE APP AND EVEN GO OUT TO CALL A TAXI FOR US. IT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY APPRECIATED."

Good value for a good stay in HK

"Our stay at The Emperor Hotel Wan Chai was pleasant. The rooms are small (which is typical for Hong Kong) but still comfortable and had enough space for a small table and chair apart from the bed. The bathroom is also small, but everything worked well and was clean. The location is perfectly fine if you know how to get around via certain shortcuts. The free shuttle is also quite useful, except drop offs to locations other than Causeway Bay are limited. I would say that the air conditioning made my partner and I both sneeze a good deal, however, so it may not have been cleaned in a while/needs additional cleaning."

Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong, an IHG Hotel

"Quite a gem around Causeway Bay. Minutes from the MTR exit and Times Square. Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line. Otherwise hotel is great. No frills, location is great and room was reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. Would definitely return again"
