"I had a third floor room right on the beach. The view was wonderful. No elevators, so I walked up 4 floors all week to get to the room. Water leaked in the patio door which was never addressed. Last night, I think my Tv blew a fuse. Lights went out. Overall, the hotel was probably a 3.5 stars, not the 4.5 that was on Expedia. I traveled alone and felt safe throughout my entire trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely visit St. Kitts again, just try a nicer hotel. "

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again.
