"Wonderful place to stay. The Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. The Host Elizabeth was very helpfull and nothing was an issue. She got up at 6am to drive us to the train station as no taxis were available and help carry our bags up the stairs. Room had a view and balcony. Love it."

"I liked that it is dug into the side of Ragusa Ibla with rooms stacked vertically from the road up to the old town and they on the 5th floor you can exit to the back streets. Parking was okay… I think would have not been so easy at a busier time of the year. The exterior is welcoming as was the person at reception. Not all the people at Reception knew the answers to questions but generally they were quick to respond which we appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was okay.. mirrors could have...

"Great little hotel, very close walking distance to the key sights and restaurants to visit in Ragusa Ibla. Very clean as well. The only thing to note is that the hotels.com posting mentions parking but this is actually on street parking a few minutes walk away dependant on availability and not guaranteed. "

"A lovely well situated boutique hotel in Ragusa, overlooking the main square and steps from everything in the walking area of this scenic and historic old town. A converted former mansion whose young owner takes pride in explaining the challenges she overcame in renovating the historic palazzio. Personal artistic touches are everywhere and the owner takes great care in describing, preparing and even joining her staff in serving up a beautiful Sicilian breakfast daily. A perfect bed & breakfast experience —and the best we had in Sicily!"
