"Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay."

"Quiet and pleasant environment. Room is clean and spacious. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. He drive us to a nearby restaurant to try the famous mushroom dinner, and kindly advised us not to order too many because the portion is very big. This turned out exactly to be the case. We are grateful for all their assistance and will certainly stay there again when we next go to Taichung."

"The building and decor are dated and well worn. Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise given most hotel beds in Taiwan are hard and pillows are like rocks. Parking was across the street with a token to exit, but the barrier was open anyway."

"Great place for onsen outside usual popular locations. Place gives an upmarket feel and provides good quality. Very impressed with Breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet. Getting here will require a car ride as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Has a 7-11 (opens till 2200) within 2 mins walk. A 24-H Hi-Life convenient store will require a drive out."

Super hotel with an artistic vibe.

"Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly. "

"Boutique hotel with easy access to the popular night market. The hotel room is extremely spacious and there is a small patio within the room. There's also a roof top patio with complimentary tea, coffee, milk tea and local sodas. The roof top patio provides a nice view of Taichung. Great place to end the evening. "
