"Apartment was central to our needs. modern and clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Only drawback was it was slightly noisy at the back of the hotel where our room was. Lots of air con machines, heat/waste pumps and bin emptyting throughout the night. This wouldn't put me off staying at the Fraser Apartments again."

"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. "We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."

"Beautiful setting, close to Luss and good restaurants 10 - 15 minutes away in Helensburgh. Easy to drive to. The space was great- comfortable, clean, with everything we needed. The host was really nice, available and knew so much about the area. Thank you for a great stay. "

"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Absolutely loved staying in the Maldron, cleanliness was to a very high standard, check in was very straight forward, the room was again so clean no issues beds were extremely comfortable, noise was very minimal nothing that was a problem. Would definitely come back"
