"This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. "Really lovely rooms, love the Dr Vranjes diffusers, the little treats and extra touches. We enjoyed attentive and friendly service from all of the staff, with a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and a super breakfast with endless coffee, toast etc and super friendly service that morning which was a lovely start to a difficult day for the group. We were looked after really well and I have no hesitation recommended this charming place. Worth the cost for sure. Many thanks "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, check in was easy, the room was spacious, clean and with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower lovely. We were also right in the middle of town so could walk to shops etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. "Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and I really liked the bar downstairs. We had dinner and breakfast in bar. Lots of options and both excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thi is my favourite place to stay in Lancaster. Central and can walk to train station from it. "
