"Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "The room was very dark, so not the best for getting ready to go out. Everything else was good. Shower is great, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They did run out of plates quite often and I had to hold up the queue for a bit while waiting for a plate. The coffee was ridiculous, my husband likes strong coffee but honestly it was like gravy, he had to put a whole milk jug in and it still wasn't really drinkable. No idea what went wrong there! A pleasant stay though. "

Nearly my best hotel stay yet.

"Nearly could have made it to my best hotel stay yet. Beautiful hotel, a vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service at reception and in the sports bar. Less so at the gym. Room was spacious and comfortable temperature, nicely decorated. I was only able to use the gym due to restricted access for the times I was there but the gym was huge with a great variety of equipment. Food was delicious. Overall highly rate and recommend. Would stay again. "
