"Treatment at this property was second to none. Amazing! The staff, the amenities even the food plenty to choose from. Nice atmosphere to sit in. Pool too cold for me and the millions of cats i don't care for. The stair problem is a very big problem for disabled despite the ramps they have in which was also too steep for me you encounter stairs where you can't use the wheelchair. So there are lines everywhere. Staff is unhappy you can see in their eyes. Food is not bad but not tasty. The only good thing is aquapark. "
