"What a wonderful hotel! The front desk staff are amazing! We had an issue unrelated to the hotel (crashed iPhone) and they worked with us while we got it resolved. We so appreciate their kindness. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Oslo!"

We had a couple minor issues with our room we didn't notice until the first morning, but when we told reception, they gave us a time they would look at the problems (also informed we could switch rooms if the issues weren't solvable). "Super cool place to stay in a really central location. Camilla was very kind and helpful in setting up some balloons and flowers prior to our stay for my partner. It is more of ‘rooms’ over hotel. We couldn’t find any staff anywhere and felt like we were the only ones in the building which felt weird but over all very clean and secure place to stay."

"Pod : Hotel over all was pretty and very clean,very nice staff, breakfast was very good. Convenient for the handball World Cup . Restaurant only open for dinner, complementary coffee 24/7 which was very nice. "The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. Stellar location for trains, museums, nightlife

"An easy walk from National Theater station which has express and regular trains to the airport; a couple of blocks (probably the closest hotel) the summer ferry to 'museum' (Bygdoy) island, where you'll want to spend all day for the array of world-class museums. A block or so from Town Hall -Nobel and National museums; the Theater and Parliament in the other direction; just a block off the main drag with all the good tram and bus lines. ,,,So, possibly the best-located hotel in the city, yet nestled in a quiet corner. The breakfast buffet is also amazing, in a beautiful atrium; the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and the room is clean with everything one needs. Comfy bed, good lighting, spacious bathroom. "Love that this hotel is connected to the train station. So convenient. We arrived at 10:30pm from our Norway in a Nutshell tour and just walked a little to get to the hotel, and then in the morning it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the airport train. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, although we like to toast our bread, and there wasn't a toaster. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out towards the Munch Museum, the view is incredible!"
