"Great location, several great places to eat all within walking distance. Staff was very nice, I wish they would have reviewed all the amenties at check in. "
"The place was sufficient and the neighborhood was decent. But I felt like the price was too high for what we got. There was no water pressure at all so we couldn't take showers, and the next morning it was as if the water was turned off completely. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands. I did email the owner and they said they'd look into it, but I felt like we should have been given a partial refund, or at least a credit for another stay."

"Had a great time at this resort and water park! The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both fun and relaxation. The water attractions were a hit, and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely come back!"
"It was a great stay very clean very friendly staff. Only issue is that the email I received said valet was 29 a night and I stayed two nights. But got charged 73 for valet "
"We stayed 3 nights and decided to get another room for our niece. Jenny was exceptionally nice and helpful. The parking was so convenient. We also loved that parking was included with the room. We loved that the Botanical Gardens were so close. We will be staying there again. "

"My Husband and I stayed at the Ambassador on a short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had drinks in the bar. It was wonderful. Then we had dinner at The Chalkboard restaurant. The beef wellington was delicious! The service was excellent. Our room was lovely. The hotel sent us a small bottle of champagne for 2, in honor of our anniversary. The Ambassador is definitely our new favorite place in Oklahoma City. "
"Well ran, but front desk help was not available when I checked out and I was u able to rebook for a return trip stay and now can’t stay here due to booking is full . Would have liked to stay again but had to choose another hotel in OKC for my return trip ."
