Very friendly and helpful staff
The bedspreads and sheets were not our favorite we prefer a cotton rather than poly blend which is what these felt like, hence the 4 score for comfort. Also my son brings his Xbox with us when we travel and we were disappointed the ability to connect was removed from our TV. Breakfast area was clean and well presented.

The bed was so hard. We woke up super stiff and soar. The AC made a loud high pitch noice. Sounded like a jet plane started up. Room was smaller than expected. The little frig was barely cool, not safe enough to keep food in. No body wash to use for a shower. The only good thing is the coffee. Breakfast wasn’t enough to brag about. It needs firmer pillows. Uncomfortable to watch TV.
