The hotel room was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, there was some indications of lack of maintenance (hole in the wall, etc.). The whole interior looked like it needed a bit of a refresh. Other than that, it was a good location, easy to get to and close to the airport. Despite the issues, we'd stay again,

Property was under construction. I wasn’t made aware when I made reservations. The room wasn’t finished. There was painters tape on the walls. No blinds hung. A to do list left on the counter in the kitchen. The halls were warm. Construction items left in the hallways.

They are trying to renovate with a facelift but I’m not sure it will be enough. Some of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was limited, running out and not replenishing, but some of that may improve with the renovated handier space for serving. For a room along the road trip for a night it was not bad at all, but for a vacation stay of several days, desiring pool and hot tub, high pressure shower, I would look elsewhere. The room size for the price was GREAT! Honestly, just running some bleach and air fresheners would have helped tremendously. It just smelled stuffy pretty much everywhere but especially at the pool room. They DID have a wonderful selection of equipment in the fitness room!!! That was a definite positive!

Good stay for a few days if you’re going to OKC.
Sam the front desk help we encountered was terrific. Made us feel welcome checking in & during the stay. No issues w amenities - FREE laundry was nice; but other guests need to realize that just bc it’s free doesn’t mean you leave your stuff in for hours until you feel ready to take it out. Breakfast was more than serviceable, didn’t use the pool. Only issue we had aside from that was a small lizard Of some type crawling around our bathroom one early morning; but I handled that. Convenient if you’re near the OKC airport, altho we didn’t have any travel issues driving downtown bc we did most of the travel on weekends.

The room we reserved was not available. We were not notified and when we checked in the room we were given didn’t have room for 3 people and smelled bad. We were sent to another location but it took three tries to get a room that worked. However the room we were given was very very noisy and we couldn’t sleep

Was the absolute worst ever. I get there early was told come back later for check-in. I return my room i booked a month in advanced was taken. They gave me 2 rooms instead we have small children so my wife and kids were separated. They didnt clean the rooms i had to go to the front desk each day to get clean towels.

We always love Staybridge for the suites and with sofa beds. This hotel did not have sofa beds only sofas. They left trash in the kitchen in one of our rooms, which caused there to be gnats everywhere. The master bathroom had badly cracked tile and the soap shampoo dispensers were not refilled. The cook did not show up to cook breakfast and we had to find our own nearby. Overall the property was not in the best shape.

We were there for a little under a month and our room got cleaned once. I filled out a room cleaning request which was ignored so I had to request it a second time. We also were not informed the policy of having to fill out a form to get cleaning..even though that was ignored. The maid was very nice the few times we did go by her in the hallways. Room above us was extremely noisy. Sounded like children jumping off the bed onto the floor.

When greeted by staff member Christine I felt she was condescending and didn’t care about me as a customer at all. I had to ask her all the questions I expected her to ask me. It was a dog show weekend and there were many people with dogs there and she didn’t ask if I had a pet. I had questions about the pet form and she admitted she’d been there a year and had never even read the form. Said it didn’t matter anyway. Maybe it was an off day for her but it put me off about knowledgeable staff at Staybridge. Other staff were fine.
