Lazy cleaning. Dirty floors in hallways. Broken lock on door. Broken shower curtain. TVs didn’t work. Popcorn on floor in bathroom. Dirty carpets in rooms. Dirty surfaces in rooms. Towels with holes. Staff refusing to clean rooms. No butter at breakfast. Cold coffee. This hotel is a disaster.

Hall had huge stains, room doors had dirty smears all over them, room floor had stains, walls in room had small holes here and there. Tv in room would shut off after about 10 mins then come back on after 5 mins. Staff was good. But overall the hotel was ok. Not sure id stay again.

Where do I begin? We had to change our room three times because First the room smelled of smoke second and third the television did not work. Apparently the cable was not hooked up in both. We finally got into our room and it was comfortable and clean. The bed was OK and, the atmosphere was quiet. Breakfast was marginal in that most of the items were low or out. They were out of butter. How can you be out of butter? For a breakfast with waffles that seems a bit ridiculous. I have to say the staff was extremely helpful and really tried to please in the face of a lot of problems in the different rooms we visited. The look of the hotel is very nice and they are obviously doing some renovations. The price for the room was extremely low and I guess the lesson here is you get what you pay for.

The hotel was sufficient although others nearby seemed a little more nice. We got charged extra for our dog which is fine but wasn't part of the initial quote. I think this may be an Expedia issue because we specifically requested Pet Friendly hotels which would imply we had an animal. Even so, the room we initially received hadn't been cleaned so had to return to the front desk to get a new room. It seems there was some sort of a family reunion (huge family, maybe dozens of people) which were keeping the staff a little scattered. I can say we had a great meal across the street at The Mug.

My husband and I went for our first time to Oklahoma, hotel was terrible we did not feel safe. There was a dead cockroach in the restroom, the shower was stained at the bottom. The bed was hard. There was a couple out in the parking lot and balcony arguing and yelling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The room was decent and the bed was comfortable and clean. But the hallways were dirty. There were A LOT of people staying there so the common areas were populated and breakfast was crowded. The staff was nice but just wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

Very nice accommodations. The bedding and pillows were soft and plush, the bathroom was modern and spotless. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube preinstalled (plus you can add more apps through your Google Play account although I didn't try). Plenty of storage space for all your things. The only misses for me at my time of stay (3 nights) was that the fitness center was out of order and the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly better. There were also random internet outtages in the evenings.
