Friendly prompt service. Excellent quality and comfort of room. Basic amenities provided. Quiet surroundings even though its off the highway you can't hear the outside. Free breakfast provided was a bonus, and coffee tea all day/ night. Mini mart at front desk was also a plus. There is so many great things about this property. I will absolutely stay again.

The room is large, clean, furniture in very good condition I really enjoyed the size of the room at 400 sq ft. The staff is very friendly & pleasant. I don’t feel that a traveler can go wrong by staying at this Best Western in OK City.

The service was wonderful and we were welcomed every time we came back. The rooms were very clean as was the lobby. The only thing that was a little off was some of the fixtures needed some love such as the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and the on/off handle in the shower wasn’t secured to the wall. The closet door wouldn’t stay shut. Nothing that was a deal breaker for next time. This is a great property to stay at if you have intentions of going out and about during the day. There’s not too much immediately around the hotel. We came back very late each day and never felt unsafe or anything. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast but it smelled great. We also really loved the coffee maker in the lobby where you can make tea and hot chocolate as well. We’ll definitely be staying again when we visit.

Very nice stay at this property. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good -usual suspects of waffles, muffins, and powdered eggs, but also had biscuits and gravy one morning. Will definitely stay her again for the Sooner game.

I had multiple issues with this property. I requested a kitchenette and was told by management that one was not available. In less than an hour, another employee was working who was able to change my room no problem. Upon arriving in room, the kitchen had ONE spoon. ONE plate. One cup. The knife and canoper was broken. The room was not clean. The soap and sponge were used to clean the dishes. My stay was not welcoming from beginning to end. I will never stay here again.
