A lovely property with larger than average rooms compared to the likes of tokyo and osaka (enough to open your hold luggage and not have to put it on the bed). Staff were pleasant and friendly, free beer till 9pm was a nice touch, we also asked about a local restaurant and they happily booked it for us at reception without issue and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, bit small on options but enough to get by. Super easy to get to from the airport using the Yui monorail. I would happily stay here again.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. To be honest, breakfast was buffet style and enough, but tastewise, it was just ok.

There was only one bad point, the video on demand system when at full volume was too quite. When using TV the volume was normal, but when switching to videos it became very quite. everything else was good. I liked the free Awamori and beer it was a nice touch!!

Good basic hotel.
It was our 2nd or 3rd time to stay here. It is convenient location and great for a short stay. The rooms are small, but being able to shove your suitcases under the bed gives you more space.

Overall is good.
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from monorail station Asahibashi. Around 10 to 15 minutes walk to Kokusai-dori shopping area. Breakfast is served. Room is clean and comfortable. Additional TV channels (around 100 channels, including adult only content) can be purchased and watched for 500 Yen.

Es war das mit Abstand schlechtest unserer 5 Toyoko Inn Hotels auf unserer Reise durch Japan; wir mussten 3 Mal unser Zimmer wechseln bis wir in einem Zimmer waren, dessen Klimaanlage funktionierte. Die verantwortliche Managerin kam extrem hochnäsig rüber. Ansonsten ein altes Haus mit vielen negativen Seiten; altes Mobiliar, nicht wirklich sauber. Wir verlangten aufgrund der Vorkommnisse um Rückzahlung einer Nachtpauschale 10000 Yen dies wurde aber verweigert. Rücksprache mit Expedia steht aus!!! Hotel kann von uns nicht empfohlen werden
