必要十分

いつも利用しています。コンビニが近くに無いのだけが不便ですがセンベロもすぐ近くに何軒かありますし国際通りまでアーケードが通じてるので暑さや雨をしのげます。コンパクトでキレイなマンションです。洗濯も出来るので着替えも少なくて済みます。

場所がわからずに電話をしましたら、外国人が出られ、反対方向（バスターミナルに向かって下さい）と案内された。納得いかず、コールセンターに電話をし、丁寧に案内してくれました。 お部屋ですが、髪の毛などが床にあちらこちらにあり、床はなんだかベタベタしていました。 シーツも汚れがありました。

我怕被訂滿，房間還好而已

地點旁邊就是市場很方便，房間還可以天天泡澡，洗衣服，只差沒有衣架，浴室設有乾燥功能，還可以烘衣服。房間非常乾淨，空間規劃非常實用且方便。還有一個大陽台可以看看風景呼吸新鮮空氣，很適合長住的公寓，一天只要1000元台幣真的很划算。

清潔で一人の時間もくつろげました。洗濯機がありましたが洗剤が常備されてると嬉しかったかな。あとキッチンの窓にカーテンがあればなあ。ただ基本的には清潔で快適でした。また利用したい。
