"We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It is a perfect location, easy walking distance to the Polynesian Spa next door as well as the town. The facility is a bit old but it is a good value. The pool was small but it was still easy to swim laps. Overall very pleased!"

"Nice, cute place and very clean. Friendly staff. Love the fact that you can have your very own outdoor hot tub if you book a room on the first floor. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open as it is still in the process of being approved by the council. The nearby cafes make up for it. Perfect place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from the Redwood Forest and 20 to 30 minutes away from the geothermal sites south of Rotorua. "

"The place we rented was a 2 bedroom home. The unit was very clean and nice. The resort is on the lake and on a large piece of property. Beautiful scenery and sunsets. Restaurant on property was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Room was nice and hotel is in the center of the shopping area and close to Rotorua attractions. Fine dining is extremely limited despite the multitude of little ethnic restaurants. Four blocks from Eat Street, which is very touristy and not high quality. Overall a good place to stay if you want to explore the Rotorua area."
