"I used to travel a lot for business and I often thought what makes great customer service in a Hotel. I've had some stays where staff should clearly not be engaging with customers. Why am I saying this ? That is because of my amazing experience and the fantastic team at H.Inn Express in Exeter. They understand great customer service and provide it every day !
