At the beach bar, Alexis and Jordany always greeted us with warmth and excellent service. We must give a very special mention to Ramona, our housekeeper, who took care of our room (11408) with such dedication. Without her, we probably wouldn’t have had such restful nights — she truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious at every restaurant, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the overall service was first-class. Honestly, we rarely return to the same hotel — but this time, we would gladly make an exception for the wonderful people we met here. Adonys deserves a 100/100.
