"The one thing that I did not like is in regards to the cleaning. We were there for a week, I had to ask them to vacuum when I noticed they did not vacuum after we had left crumbs on the floor from eating and the bathroom floor only was wiped off the time they vacuumed. The rest of the time the bathroom floor was not swept. The reason I knew is because the same hairs were on the floor the whole time. The rooms felt clean I can't complain about that. The rest of the hotel was pleasant...

"We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...

"Everything was good with the exception of us getting a slight smell of gas every now and then in our room. We called the front desk twice about it and they said that they'll check in to it, but nothing came about it and the next morning, we still were getting the slight smell of gas every now and then. Upon checking out, I asked them and was told that it's from their laundry room and that it happens from time to time. If it wasn't for that issue, everything would've been 5 stars."
