"This is a lovely, small, independent hotel with welcoming management. It's a popular place for hikers. Our room was small but very clean and with a comfortable bed. The restaurant is superb with great choices of local cuisine. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is an absolute gem! The view from our room of La Concha Beach was by far one of the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. David the concierge went above and beyond for our stay. Make sure you ask him for restaurant recommendations. He will not disappoint. We did not want to leave! "Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!"
