"This property was VERY nice. We stayed in a one bedroom cabin that was brand new for 3 nights. It is not near town so you need to drive a distance for shopping or restaurants. There is a small grocery store, Burger King, dollar tree and takeout pizza restaurant close by. Located right beside a busy road so the road traffic was very loud. The park itself was very quiet and felt very safe. Pool was very clean with lots of seating. The unit had a kitchenette so no need to to eat all meals out....

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

Only downsides we had were parking on arrival (due to Gasparilla festival) and sound proofing between the units - next doors TV was really loud through the wall. Would stay here again if in the area. "Everything about this condo was nice, except for the deceptive description of it as a two-bedroom. It is a one-bedroom, with another bed in the living room. Not only does the bed take up the entire living room (if more than one person wants to watch tv they'll have to sit on the bed with you), but there is neither a closet nor any kind of bureau or storage for the person in the living room.
