"This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....

"The breakfast was very good. The environment was noisy at nights with loud music."

"Great location, but the communication was not good. Had no running water for over 5 hours, and there was no communication as to why and when. It was not until I went to front desk that they mentioned that they turned off the water . That included no running water to use the bathrooms, which were pretty rough as people left surprises in the public washrooms. Also had a terrible time at the Japanese restaurant. We were no served for 1.5 hours and I had to go to management. They were understaffed...

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others. "
