"Staff was really nice and check in and out was easy! Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. "this hotel has the best view of the best part of Qingdao city. It is located cross from the famous beach. Guests can see sunrise, seagulls, maintain and the city scape from their windows. The subway and bus stations are less than 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor. The staff is hospitable. The building is old, yet room is clean and equipped with all necessities. "

"This hotel is set in the older part of Qingdao. It is a beautiful property. The hotel itself is a bit dated but nice. Beds are hard and toilets are fancy! Staff is very helpful!"

"The hostel is cool and cozy. But still lots of things should be improved. The shower water was too hot and when you adjust to a little bit cold, it became cold totally. And the shower time has been limited. Only one hair dryer in front of the shower room. No seated-toilet. You can experience the traditional way they live. Finally thanks to Ms. Zhang, helped me a lot."

Affordable stay but minor issue with room temperat

"Affordable stay at a 4-star hotel. But our rooms were too hot. When we pointed out that the room temperature felt like 28 degrees when we set it at 23 degrees, the response of the reception was "it is winter. heating is turned on during the winter. try turning off the heater or open the window." Sorry but heaters are supposed to automatically turn off once the room temperature exceeds the set temperature. And even when we turned off heating and opened the window, the room temperature still did not drop."
