Staff is so kind and goes above to accommodate. Not the newest but if you are in your room to sleep and shower- it’s perfect. Steps to boardwalk and steps to the sand.

Great place and even better staff. The hotel does show its age but you can tell that they do their best at maintaining the property. Overall experience was wonderful and if we visited Ocean City again we would stay there again

Location was good for the beach and boardwalk but online it says no smoking and all we smelled was weed cause people were smoking on the balcony! People were partying on the balcony in way hours of the night and i couldn't sleep!!

When I checked in, the staff was friendly. The rooms and the pool area were clean. It was not ocean view but there wasn't any roads or highways to cross to get to the beach. The hot/cold water for the shower is very difficult to get the temperature right! Once you do, it's fine.

My stay here was great! Friendly front staff during check in and check out. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the water controls in the shower and sink were very touchy. It would get VERY hot quickly or VERY cold quickly. Other than that, everything was great!

Dunes court was an excellent place! The room was very clean, ac worked great, nice pool, the receptionist all was very friendly and helped with anything. I definitely plan to stay here again! 10/10!! Highly recommend. They also have huge ice cream pops and sandwhiches for a great price!

Enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and convenient to everything. Steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed. They have a pool and plenty of on site parking. We will come again for sure.

This was exceptional. The staff was just so perfect. Professional yet very down to earth. I asked about a room upgrade and they offered an amazing price. We drove 4 hours to get there and arrived an hour early before check-in. Our room was ready so they let us check in without a problem. Just a wonderful experience the only regret is I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Perfect for a family getaway! Thank you for making our stay memorable!!

The price for the location was excellent. However the shower leaked the entire stay. The air conditioning unit leaked as well which ended up soaking the entire side of the bed where some of our belongings were. The lamp shades had a lot of black markings which could have been dirt, rust, or who knows what else. There were four of us in a room and only provided two shower towels, thankfully we brought our own. The day of check out I felt rushed because the cleaning crew came to our room three times before we were able to finish packing and loading our car.

Awful, the room smells like mildew, the ac worked only sometime, luckily the highs were in the 70s during my trip. The spring mattress was ok. I would not recommend.
