"The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "Initially I was a little concerned booking this property because it had no reviews on Expedia, but I was traveling with a group if 5 and needed at least 4 bedrooms. This option was in the Downtown Cairo area and was priced great, as well as had the bedrooms we required - it's also HUGE. When I reached out to Salah, the owner of the property, he was more than accommodating and very responsive. This property is in a superb location. It was walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bank etc....
