"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."
