"Hotel property is beautiful, and staff is very friendly and willing to assist at any moment. But, a few things were off in room. Air conditioning eas not working right often two hot or two cold. Internet signal would often drop causing tv programs to not be watchable and causing us to do my business work at other locations with better internet service. "

"This is a great, simple option for travelers. The room was comfortable, had TV and AC, and was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and quick. My only wish would be to have a bedside lamp in the room - the only option was the full overhead or a super dim bulb above the bed not bright enough for anything."

"Nice hotel overlooking the Zocalo, so u will get the noise from the area. Prices tend to be too high but it's clean & comfortable. We only had a small issue with the water leaking out through a hole onto the bathroom floor. I was given the wrong room in the back of the hotel when I had booked a park/square view & when I asked to change rooms the receptionist was hesitant which made no sense as the hotel was half empty. "
