"I love this hotel and it will now be my "go to" place to stay when I come to area, which I do fairly often. I love the rooms in the east tower of the hotel. The decor is perfect and the amenities really nice. They make a great espresso martini at the bar, the service is great and all staff very very friendly. I will be back!"

"You may want to spend some time educating your Front Desk people on customer service. When I checked in, the individual was rather impatient with me. When I checked out, I asked for a paper bill. The individual never asked how my stay was nor thanked me for staying with you. Considering the hotel choices in the area, I would assume you want your employees to be attentive, respectful, courteous, and enthusiastic when greeting guests. "
