"During our stay there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate. We had a person with a disability and requested the first floor however how the building was made the 1 st floor was the second floor and during the fire alarm they would of had to climb stairs to get out which would of been exceedingly difficult since they had limited mobility. "Overall it was good for what I needed but the shower only produced cold water. I couldn't take a shower and had to resort to a sponge bath. The sink did put out hot water but I can't take a shower in the sink. Otherwise it was fine. "

"Every thing was good except the fact that I ordered Door Dash and the driver was not allowed to deliver it to my door. Instead I had to get dressed and walk to the lobby. Kind of defeated the purpose of getting a delivery. What a stupid rule. "
