" I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this has to be at the top of the list as far as being one of the best, cleanest, updated, staff, and free breakfast. I would rate it a 9.9! I can't think of one thing that could've been better. The rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are big. Everything is so clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Kansas City."

"The pool and sauna were gorgeous! I loved all the plants inside and being able to see the snow outside. However, our particular room seemed to have some areas that were missed when cleaning and some concerning ceiling cracks above our shower. "

"I went here with two of my friends for a girl's night. This place is top-notch. Service is above and beyond. Rooms are a great size for three people. Big bathroom, we never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub area are great. You see people cleaning all day. This is my go-to hotel for the area. The breakfast was not great. It's pretty standard for any of these places. I thought made-to-order meant we got to sit down and order. But that's just if you want an omelet, which I am allergic...

"Cons: The floors hadnt been mopped in our 2 bedroom suite. The kitchen table had not been wiped and sanitized (was dirty and sticky). Not enough bathroom towels for 3 people for 2 night stay and the bathrooms did not have a floor mat to step on when getting out of the shower. The kitchen had dirty utensils in the drawer and there were still dishes in the dishwasher. PROS: Nice location and we enjoyed having a 2 bedroom suite.
