Very friendly staff, all smiles and welcoming. Room needed a bit TLC and maintenance. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. The beach is quieter and cleaner compare to Kuta area. It's a great family resort in Nusa Dua offers lots of activitiea and entertainment for young families.

The hotel provided an excellent stay, largely thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure guests felt welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, which added to the overall comfort. The facilities offered were top-notch and really enhanced the experience. However, dining at the hotel was on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for those looking to have most of their meals on-site. Despite that, the quality of service, amenities, and the welcoming atmosphere make it a highly recommended place to stay.

Can’t fault the Grand Mirage Family Paradise. Absolutely made for families in mind - main pool that isn’t too deep, indoor soft playground, games room, splash park. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very quickly knew our kids’ names. Buffer breakfast was great too. Will be back!

1. The area around is dirty. 2. It is always burning something. Chemical some sort. 3. The ocean is dirty. Plenty of garbage in shallow water. 4. The restaurants that have air conditioning is poorly air conditioning. 5. Very limited amount of restaurants that are air conditioned… 6. The breakfast is very poor. Almost no cheese. Bakery is almost always not fresh. 7. The pool is clean and nice. 8. some rooms have mould.

Pools and child-friendly facilities were fantastic. Staff were always warm, prompt and keen to assist. Room was also clean and well-furnished. However, the daily breakfast should have a dedicated Halal section for Muslim guests. The saving grace for breakfast was the Indian vegetarian live station, which provided tasty food, although limited in variety. The in-room bathroom/toilet situation could also be improved. Since the toilet area is completely separate from the bathroom, it should have an external spray bidet for convenience instead of a built-in bidet within the toilet bowl.

We recently stayed at the grand mirage and had an amazing stay everything was amazing the staff were so friendly the hotel room was very clean the food was delicious I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Greatest hotel
Wonderful hotel We had Garden view for 4 nights then a trip to Lembongan island and bk to The Grand Mirage for 2 nights in a sea view room. Just wonderful The staff and in fact even outside of the resort the residents of Bali are the most wonderful friendly people. Absolutely no negatives. Must eat in The New Meads. Just a short walk from the resort Made is the driver you need. He’s on Facebook

The Resort was great! Food and service was fantastic with some great options at Breakfast.. Just be informed that one of the wings is under construction and they work all day and most of the night.. Staff were great offering us a different room but we didn’t mind it during the day not a big deal as we were in the pool but it was just a little annoying when they work till late at night, the works are going on till March.

Nice hotel. Great pool and drinks are reasonably priced! Very nice place. Try to book ahead. Sometimes busy weeks may sell out.

Great 4 star hotel
The hotel is great. You cannot compare it to other 5 star rated hotels. This is a great 4 star hotel. Food is expensive and up there with Sofitel, grand Hyatt and Padma. Pools are good, staff are great and rooms nice.
