"Die Handhabung in sein Zimmer zu kommen ist sehr stressig. Man bekommt eine Zimmernummer erst, wenn man im Foyer ist. Da gab es einen Terminal und dann waren da Karten. Habe keine Erklärung gefunden wie das funktioniert. Ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich. Mit dem Handy sollte man die Tür öffnen. Was, wenn das Internet nicht funktioniert oder Akku leer ist? Dafür würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön mit Balkon. Verbesserungsvorschlag; Groß Check-Inn schreiben...

"The room we were supposed to stay in was double booked. Since we arrived around 8 or 9 we were given a small room with only 3 beds when we had booked 4. The check in was a block away from the hotel itself. No lobby. Breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly."
