Very basic hotel. Clean, but needs refurbishment.
"Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual. The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet. Service staff were polite and ..."

"Our stay was not great. Our reservation couldn't be found so check-in was long. But finally got our rooms. One room didn't have AC, we changed. Then the room had no tv remote and the door didn't lock, but I kept it because the AC worked. Had an okay night despite the people talking outside our window ..."

Verified traveller

Purpose of visit was the Savitsky Museum but the hotel arranged a driver to take me to Moynaq and Mizdarkhan. All well worth a visit.
