"Stowe is firmly implanted in my brain as an amazing place to visit, and the Timberholm plays a big part of this. "We stayed in room 160 which I think was an accessible room, ground floor (as were most), with easy access to the hot tub (which was super lovely - get there right on turning dusk and watch the sky turn blue to midnight to black). The room was great, super comfy king size bed. "Went for a winter adventure and fell in love with the property, its history and the great staff. Located just outside of Stowe it has over 2,600 acres with ample forests, hills and lots of cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The lodge had all the amenities and warmth without the crowds."
