"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower.
