"I was hoping for at least a vending area but there was ice only. I’m not sure if there was ice since I didn’t need any. I did not appreciate the additional $50 fee for “possible damage” and was not told ahead of time. Otherwise the place was nice even though it was more than I could afford to pay but needed transportation from the southshore line and I did appreciate that and only needed one night."

"This home was built in 1890 so it doesn't have a lot of modern amenities, but once you understand you are essentially staying within a "museum" you can only enjoy the ambiance, artwork, furniture, items and artifacts virtually everywhere. And the owner, Don, has a pristine Avanti car in his garage that he is very proud of and willing to show you! I would most definitely return!"
