"Location of property was nice. Room was a good amount of space. Complimentary breakfast was alright, food selection was simple. My only complaint was the street noise that you can hear loud even from the 31st floor. The noise isolation is not the best and you can hear all the sounds of traffic."

"It was a pleasant stay , however when I tried to request late check out they only gave me 30 minutes extra till 12:30 pm. When I tried to inquire how much it would to stay additional 4 hours since our flight was not till later, they wanted over 50-60 percent of rate . I also suggested that they revise the sharp edge on the mantle above tv as my son who is way taller than me hit his forehead on the sharp edge ."

"Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the malls. Very secured property. Comfortable beds and high quality linens, towels and pillows. They provided toiletries, wifi and netflix. Only one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Check that the room has been fully cleaned because we saw a bottle of C2 in the freezer , biscuit crumbs under one bed, little stain on the comforter and a couple of crawling insects. We didn’t mind those things a we are not fuzzy but other people might not like...

"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."
