"Everything was fantaastic during our short 3-night, 4-day stay there. In particular, the staff members were very courteous, humble, kind, gentle, pleasant, receptive, responsive, and geneous. They would always greet us with folded hands and a smile. They made us feel welcomed all the time. If they embodied the Cambodian culture, then we are very impressed with that culture. I would not even care to mention the little issues we might have encountered occasionally because they were taken care of post-haste. We would highly recommend this place to anybody (whether you ae a solo traveller or travelling with family). "

"My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and we could not recommend this hotel more!! The service was the absolute best we have ever received in all of our world travels. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests happy! They even made up our room with a beautiful birthday display and sang happy birthday to him while giving him a cake of amazing fresh fruit. The spa and spa staff are fantastic - some of the best massages I’ve received in Cambodia! The location is great as well, just around the corner from Pub Street and a 5 minute walk to the Night Market. We’ll be coming back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel!!
