"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "

"Ended up staying 2 nights due to snowstorm. 1st room was very nice with no issues. 2nd night room was not as nice. No weather stripping around entry door that lead to outside. Very cold wind blowing in around door so I took paper towels and used a knife to fill in the gap to stop the cold from coming in. They did a great job keeping the sidewalks clear of snow and continued to clear them throughout the storm and the next day. Overall good stay."

"It was a very nice hotel, everything looked great and clean. I didn't see the fine print when booking that parking was a seperate price of $30 a day. The room was failrly inexpensive, this may have been the reason why."
