"My wife and I have stayed overnight here 3 times in the last year. We have stayed at several hotels in the area(Blackwell, OK) over the last several years and this hotel is easily the best we have found. The front desk staff are great, friendly and efficient! The rooms are acceptably clean and in good working condition. The parking lot is well lit. You will probably hear a freight train horn during your stay here but it is far enough away to not be a deal breaker for us. Their breakfast is...

"Our second stay here. Too bad the smell of smoke carries over into the hotel even on third floor IN the room. Worse at night. There should be doors with a vestibule into hotel and separate ventilation system or something. Probably won’t stay again due to smoke smell. Room and breakfast were nice. "
