"Not a big deal really but, they had some type of issues where there was no WiFi in the rooms. Also, no breakfast, TV, or pool... Pretty much, go to your room and lay down 😂"

"It was good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Check in was easy. Check out was odd. The hotel refunded the sepsis they took upon check in, but they didn't charge us anything. They said we would get a receipt in a week to ten days. They seemed to not realize that we needed to pay them. And they claimed to not know the total amount agreed upon. Suggest paying hotels.com up front for less trouble. "

"It was just want I needed; the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quiet and clean; only thing I wish they had more breakfast options. Some turkey sausage & bacon for the no pork eaters and regular bacon & sausage. Like hot chocolate & tea for individuals who don’t care for coffee and for the kids. Though there is an option to order out from the menu which was provided in my room but overall it was a pleasant experience for my 1st time in Houston. And if I had to book again I would...
