"Our stay here was wonderful. The customer service rep was friendly and gave us warm cookies when we first came in. Our room was clean and spacious and we left, the rep gave us more cookies, hot chocolate amd hot tea. I would definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location. "

"Never a bad stay when I come here. A couple things I did not like this time. 1. At check-in the attendant was not welcoming. Normally check ins are great! Not this time. 2. There was some kind of dragon conference and the hotel was packed. I love that for Sonesta, but guests were bad about slamming doors throughout the night. 3. Someone brought their dog into the dining area during breakfast, not ok. 4. We had to switch rooms twice. 1st room the water would not get hot, 2nd room the heat did not...

"I do wish a sit down restaurant was on the premises but the bar was ok with decent selections. Also the buffet breakfast should serve some food variations day to day or lower the price. On the second day the food was not as good, for that price.potatoes dry & overcooked or warmed up too much. The fruit was too ripe or some too ripe.
